Great experience!! You won't be disappointed.
Our 2 night stay was very enjoyable and the staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. The housekeeping staff were also great. I will be going back to that area often for family and this will be the place I stay.

A dated hotel, but budget friendly
Stayed for one night on a Saturday to watch a concert. Busy little hotel. Pool seemed popular with families and children but we didn’t use that facility. Hotel is dated. Beds weren’t very comfortable but, for the price - no complaints

No fresh towels or sheets or coffee or trash removal for 3 nights despite calling and asking repeatedly, and despite housekeeping being literally outside the door every day when I left the room. This was a real challenge as we were traveling with a toddler. When I finally got fresh towels and sheets (only once in a 4-night stay, the night before we left), housekeeping didn't replenish the coffee despite this being explicitly requested. If you stay here multiple days, I advise to book multiple consecutive stays if you need a fresh room anytime during the stay.

Right near downtown Lapeer, close to everything. I think they undersold how awesome the pool area is! There is a great pool, a giant waterfall (not to be played in) and a cheap arcade. I was with my nine-year-old nephew, and he loved it! The room was big, beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk wasn't very pleasant. The hotel it self had a dirty feel and a smell to it that wasn't very pleasant. Very stuffy and air conditioning didn't work very well. Not to mention the tub had a hard time draining the water. When taking a shower there was water in the tub.

Overall, this hotel was an enjoyable stay. The spacious pool area & game room are well done & family friendly. The breakfast offered many choices. When walking the halls, one would think (by the dated carpet) that the hotel needs updates, but the rooms have been redone in a modern way, and they're spacious & comfortable. The only downside we could find was the carpet could use an update. We would stay here again.

So-so
On two days of my stay, housekeeping knocked at my door at 9am to clean the room. The one day, after I didn’t answer because I was sleeping, they immediately called my room to ask about service. Although I was gone each day most of the day, if I was not out of my room by 9, the room did not get service. Also, we could not connect to the guest internet and the TV remote did not work. Given all of this, there are not many hotels in the area and the location was good in relation to the relatives we were there to visit.
