Ladies Beach Residence Family Suites

Just OK

It is nice and quite spacious apartment and sea facing but i am surprised that two stove was not working and when we feedback to hotel receptionist, he told me that it is like that only. If they know then why r they not repairing? . There was no hot water coming in the apartment even during winter, hotel staff came and spent 1 hour but still no hot waiter coming. We requested to shift us into another apartment but they told us they do not have similar apartment. At the end they opened us another room for us to take shower. The apartment is equipped with kitchen but utensils provided less for us to use. Anyway it was just for one night stay but hotel management look into it.

Cleanliness nd hygiene have serious problems in this hotel. There’s no shuttle either to or from this hotel to anywhere. You don wanna use their laundry! They just don know how to wash things! Wevfound hair on the sheets

I always stay at Ladies Beach hotel because of the location. It has lots of free parking, clean large rooms with excellent views of the sea. Nice and quiet area a short drive from the grand bazaar and marina promenade where all the restaurants and shops are. Highly recommended

This place is a gem. Right on the ladies beach with beach views from the suite balcony. Super big suites. Beach is literally right outside the hotel. Staff was really friendly and took good care of us.

This place has an excellent location. Rooms are huge. Great for s big family. What we didnot like is the hotel policy of not making the beds, changing the sheets and/or cleaning the room&bathroom for 2 days. We were staying for only two days anyway, so we didnot have any service at all. Otherwise it is OK.

This property has the best location, right at the beginning of Ladies Beach, however, it the property is dirty everywhere. Corridors are dark, dirty or smelly one or the other. Lighting is poor everywhere. Our room upon arrival was not properly cleaned and stenched of cigarette smoke, even though it said non smoking. The bathroom was dirty and floor had sand stains everywhere. I immediately requested a room change. In the new room, the floors were clean but the shower had black mold stains on the grout, the toilet bowl stained with idk what. The towels didnt feel fresh and clean. They clean every other day. I had hot water sometimes and this was a hit or miss. Kusadasi is beautiful, but this hotel may have ruined my impression of a great old town.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great staff and fantastic view.
