There was a large central air conditioner unit right outside our room, which was not the room we booked, and it was insanely loud. I had to put a sound app to drown out the sound. It was horrible. Room was ok. Didn't have water pressure when we first got there. My king room I booked didn't have hot water when we got there so they offered us 2 queens so we didn't have to wait. That was the room next to the huge AC outside. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. It was impossible to sleep though.

Property is old. We were put in a disability room. It smelled like cigars. We kept the window open even in the 100 degree heat The floor in the shower was so uneven I’m not sure how a wheelchair could get in it. Pool/hot tub was nice. Lots of parking and near restaurants

Beautifully updated hotel with friendly service
This Best Western has nicely updated rooms and a beautiful front entry room. The front desk associates were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were beautiful as well but we didn’t have time to use them. The breakfast had a good variety of foods, including almond milk which I rarely see at hotels! Thank you!

Very friendly staff and the pool area was by the far the cleanest I have encountered on the road. I love the 10pm-to 12 am adult swim time as the hot tub and pool were a welcomed respite from being on the road.
