El alojamiento es tranquilo para relajarse instalaciones aceptables aunque le falta mantenimiento

Está bastante bien.

Aceptable, por fuera está algo descuidado pero los apartamentos por dentro están bien. Habitación cómoda, baños amplios con agua caliente. Las calefacciones en algunas habitaciones no iban muy bien. No hay wifi en los apartamentos, solo en recepción y en el restaurante.

lastimosamente fue una mala experiencia, llegamso en la noche y el frio era impresionante, la habitacion suministrada nunca le funciono la calefaccion, el agua siempre salio fria, por fuera las paredes parecian quee staba q se derrumbaba. La persona que nos enseño la habiatacion, no sabia donde estaba nisiquiera. Realmente la pasamos mal en este lugar.

We stayed in a Chalet in December. For the price we paid, it was a great deal. Two bedrooms, a salon, a kitchenette - however the heater in the salon did not work and the electric hob in our kitchen did not work. So I was unable to make coffee or cook anything during our stay. Our friends stayed in chalets as well and in each there was a heater that did not work. Most of their electric jobs worked fine. We live in Morocco and are accustomed to things not working so we planned for it, but for a traveler looking for a more comfortable vacation they may want to stay in one of the more expensive rooms (other friends said those were better) or a different hotel. They advertise an indoor pool but it was closed. There is a restaurant on the property and our friends said it was good. There are also basketball courts and plenty of open space for the kid’s to run around.

We stayed at a two-bedroom apartment and the heating units were not powerful enough to withstand a 0 Celsius temperature. Water is hot for the first 7 minutes and then it becomes just warm. The other person should wait 15 or more minutes for the water to become hot again.

The chalet wasn't ready at checkin time. Had to go back in 45mn. All the chalets proposed were terrible. Ended up staying in an appartment. The checkin time took more than 2 hours! The property has a lot of potential but lacks maintenance and refreshing.

We had great experience at Farah Inn. We booked n apartment, it was clean quiet and comfortable. We could use Rugs in the living room and bedrooms, but the overall experience was great!

Overall the trip was fair. It wasn’t my first time there. Except for an AC not working in one room (fortunately we were offered another one) the service was good. There was a minor issue with the booking but they resolved it pretty quickly. I had a late request (I didn’t mention it on my booking: my bad) so I waited a little bit and it was honored !! On and all it was good
