Tsun Huang Hotel

Room was clean, staff friendly, located slightly outside of the town centre

The air conditioner is too noise and if you can offer bottle sterilization and dryer is excellent

When i booked the room, it wasn't mentioned the pool was not open until April. Except that, it was a nice stay there. Clean and quiet place.

High standard property and good value. Rare tripple bed configuration option.

Very nice three standard-bed room layout (rarely available in Taiwan), but was disappointed when we found the water was only lukewarm in the shower. The staff immediately switch us to another double room.

Great hotel and great facilities, but not much to do around the area except walking and biking

There was really nothing special about the hotel. Check In, Breakfast and parking were all very average. We showed up about an hour early (2pm) but was told to come back at 3pm for check in. We got a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. After several requests they moved us to another room that smelled much better. The room was ok, the beds felt like a cardboard box. For some reason the wall between the bathroom and bedroom was glass so whenever anyone used the bathroom, the whole room was lit up as well. We had some problem with the central air in the room. When we called down and asked about it, we were hung up on. Thinking this was a mistake, we tried several more time and each time were hung up on. We reported this to the front desk in the morning and they apologized. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of Asian and western style food.

服務人員反應遲緩，接待不會變通有理貌，英文不佳不專業

各方面都不錯，能提供腳踏車出去買飲料或是宵夜會更好（附近找不太到吃的）。
