Facilities are rather good but not the service
The hotel facilities (room and gym) and location are rather good, but not the service of the staff there, specifically this male staff who was arrogant when we asked for water at the reception, and also unapologetic when he made a hiccup clearing our unfinished plates at the breakfast buffet (he did not apologise and simply shrugged his shoulders when his female co-worker asked why he cleared our unfinished plates).

They were having phone issues the number I called to get the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel was useless. I couldnt get through to anyone at first, then when I did they told me the shuttle they advertise they have was not available so i got a Taxi. Upon arrival they did not have a room ready which was fine being I was early for checkin so I was told they would text me when it was ready. I later received a text in such scrambled english I did not know what it was trying to tell me. I went to check if my room was ready again assuming thats what the garbled message was about and it was. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was unedible, the pancakes were so dry they stick to your mouth and you almost choke trying to swallow.

Excellent food service manages however they were understaffed and we had long wait times for service at the bar. The complimentary canapés were delicious but due to the number of people who were there there was not sufficient quantity. By 6pm there were none left despite advertising they would be available to 6.30pm for those in executive rooms.
