We unfortunately booked during the time the restaurant / pub was out of action due to renovations. This meant loud construction noises all day and nothing available in the immediate area, with no apologies. I have double checked the website and there is no mention of this - as previous Bayswater locals we were very disapointed to learn after our booking that we did not have our veloced "baysie hotel" to enjoy a meal and a few drinks. In addition to this the housekeeping services were terrible, we were woken up twice with a "do not disturb" door tag. The woman was rude and unhelpful. We left our room from 10am-2pm after staying 2 nights and a doore tag asking for our room to be made up and it did not happen. However, I must mention the woman in reception was lovely and super friendly. Overall a very dissapointing experience and would not recommend!

The current construction work takes away from a very favourable first impression, however the rooms are pleasant, clean and the bathroom is also very good. The daily housekeeping contributes to the overall excellent experience! As an added bonus, you have the best shampoo & conditioner, I am always wary of low quality products, but your's are fantastic!
