Everything about this hotel is excellent . The location is perfect. Trendy shops and restaurants near by. The staff were excellent , right from the security to the porters. This was my second visit to the hotel in 9 months. Special thanks to Krishna who I presume is hotel manager or supervisor. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family .

Nice hotel to stay for business trip
food is good. Location is nice. You can find food easily around the hotel. WIFI speed is ok. The weakness is that the Gym is small with one jogging machine. Rooms number is too less.

The room was fantastic. It is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom has a glass wall, so you can see the TV while soaking inside the bath tube. The only thing is that the location is a bit hard to find as you would need to go into a small alley and the restaurant is very small. The choice of food is also very limited

Amazing and welcoming stay!
Great stay at the Lakeshore Banani with an amazing staff that are incredibly helpful! The room is incredibly comfortable and everything is very clean. You can even get a ride to their sister hotel in Gulshan if you want a change of scenery, to sit outdoors, etc. As this was a business trip, the only thing to make things more convenient would be more areas for work discussions - there’s only the restaurant and the lobby right by the front door. Regardless - I would stay here again because they are so friendly and welcoming!

Great Little Hotel in Dhaka
Great small hotel in Dhaka. Will stay here again when i go to Dhaka next. Check in, Service, Staff, Rooms, Wifi, Ambiance, Restaurant - excellent. The only slight downgrade is the breakfast - not enough variety (although coffee was good)...otherwise 5 star.

Very goo location and staffs were very friendly. But there are no beer somethinbg in minibar and could not dring any alcohol in this hotel. To drink alcohol, I should go to Lakeshore Gulshan through vehicle this hotel provide but it is inconvenient.

Staff is very friendly, good breakfast with plenty of options, great location - about a 3 min walk to many restaurants and shops. Smaller hotel so you get personalized service.
