Undertrained staff, lots of problems with the room

Not too bad... some towels were very old. Amenities should have been better

It’s a nice hotel but not as mind-blowing as it should be for the price. The room was great - very modern and clean. Like many places in Vietnam, while the staff are friendly the service needs improvement. Starters arriving ten mins before drinks...etc. English is a struggle for some staff. The food was excellent though - the seabass in particular. The spa is good but feels a little bit like a conveyor belt at times as every guest gets a “free” treatment each day. The weather while I was there was poor, raining a lot, so that might have tainted my opinion somewhat. Overall, I would have rather paid more and got proper five star service.

Beautifully designed villas and amenities. Love the inclusive daily spa package. However, impracticality in some small details. Hand shower in the bathroom is quite disappointing as water flow is only good for showering babies. Liquid dispensers for shampoo/bath/conditioner are too small as you need to pump for more than 10 times to get the right amount of liquid out. Please read carefully Wotif’s online package offered. It’s wise to spend some time to email Naman Retreat directly to clarify. Wotif stated afternoon high tea is included but didn’t qualify is daily or per stay. That’s the catch! I paid for one extra guest in my package. However, Naman denied the extra guest of having afternoon tea ! Their reason being -I’ve only paid for one extra bed!

This place is incredible! Had a 3 bedroom villa for 3 nights. Villa was out of this world - so much space, nice food, great in villa bbq, good restaurants, shuttle bus to towns! Highly recommended. Would 100% stay again!

Property is well managed and cleaned. We enjoyed spending the whole day in the resort. Staffs are super friendly and they can speak English well. Very impressive visit.

stayed here for 4 nights with my wife to celebrate our honeymoon. Pre-arrival communications were great with easily booking our airport transfer to the retreat. We were kindly greeted by our ambassador Y who helped us check into our room and explained all aspects of our package. the staff was amazing, very attentive and kind. Y was very quick to help with everything we needed from. Our daily massages were all great! only issues we had were an employee knocking on our door early AM when our Do No Disturb sign was up — they were making the rounds to check electrical since there were power outage problems for a few minutes the night before. Upon learning about this, Y sent an apology note and a gift tray of cookies to our room. another issue was the tile shelf in the shower fell off the wall and broke without us even using it yet on the first night. luckily neither of us were showering or us it could have hurt us or cut our feet. the staff was quick again to address by cleaning up the mess.
