Buen servicio, personal muy amable, buena comodidad cuartos muy limpios, lo único q no me gusto fue q la alberca estaba en diferente edificio, pero con excepción de eso todo estuvo muy bien, restaurantes con muy buena comida muy cercanos

Muy amables la habitacion muy limpia era vista parcial pero fue como si fuera vista entera estaba muy bonita el balcon me encanto los servicios del hotel fueron estupendos las galletas y cafe a las 7 fue excelente en general me encanto

Very nice, comfortable, and clean room and warm place to stay on a cold winter weekend at the beach! Super nice Staff and Great location right on the Prom and a short walk out of the room to the beach.

The parking lot is impossible to park very tight spots. Room 322 needs jesus. The winds where banging our door all night it felt like a haunted house. The smell of cigarette smoke was very bad. The ice machine was broken. Three flights of stairs across the parking lot to go get breakfast no elevator made it very challenging. The ocean view was horrible the windows where filthy you couldnt see out them. The pool was good the staff tried there best. I asked to switch rooms lower level they couldnt accommodate. I will never stay here again. I was up all night hearing the door rattle like someone was trying to get in. My kids where scared all night as well. I checked out early the next day which i have never done.

The staff was very cordial and the room was immaculate and very compfortable and updated. The entryway, hallways and elevator could use some updating and replacement. A very partial view of the ocean, was nice as well.

Ebb Tide is our favorite it’s cozy , love the fireplaces and employees are helpful and being near the beach is great also they are very pet friendly love this place Debbie an Steve

The furniture like the table and 4 chairs were out dated and you can see visible stains other than that it was nice and we enjoyed the stay. We got a 3 queen room and it had an almost full sized fridge and even a burner top with a air range so you can cook in there. And 1 of the queen beds was in its own room. Nice for a group visit or family visit. As long as the price stays around what we can affoed we will go back for sure. The breakfast choices were good too.

The rooms were spacious and stocked with all the amenities I needed. The fridge and microwave were super helpful, the tv options were great and the shower was one of the best I’ve encountered in a hotel. The rooms are dated, but clean and offer nice views. I only booked a partial view room and next time I’d spring for a full view. You couldn’t ask for a better location - right on the beach and prom and right there by the main downtown stretch! I really appreciate that the staff is taking all the covid precautions necessary. I never once saw a staff member without a mask (even outside) and the lobby and breakfast area were set up incredibly well for staff and guest safety.

Ebb Tide is really in an ideal location on the Seaside beachfront. Just a short walk from your door is the vast beach. The property was a bit dated, but clean and functional. Parking was convenient and abundant for the location. Evening cookies and grab n go breakfast in the morning really add to the deal.

It was the perfect getaway. Exactly what we needed. Even stayed a couple extra days.
