Lovely bed and breakfast, nice walk to main attractions. I booked a triple so nice to have a queen bed & a twin bed. I traveled with another couple and we were delighted to have connecting rooms on the third floor. If you have problems with walking or steps request the first floor. Great value for the price with breakfast included. This was a great find!

Highlight of stay was the breakfast. Melissa was a perfect hostess. She made a delicious breakfast casserole one morning and an equally excellent quiche the next. She was very attentive to our needs and had good recommendations for the area. She was also kind enough to upgrade our room when she learned we were celebrating my birthday. Overall, a first-rate establishment.

Conveniently located and the service was excellent

We loved this bed and breakfast right from the start when our innkeeper Melissa met us at the door. Her friendly spirit sold us as we did not have a reservation. She was an excellent cook too as we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Great buy !

Didn't care for the room. The beds were comfortable but room outdated and very crowded too much furniture. Rug needs replacing. Loved the porch with comfortable chairs and water fountain. Innkeeper was wonderful and accommodating.

The property was nice. The room was updated and had nice furniture and even a nice electric fireplace. The host was very friendly and even let us check in earlier in order to get our key so that we could enjoy the local sights and not have to return mid-afternoon to get it. I was a little disappointed that the water temperature in my shower kept fluctuating and I nearly got scalded when I tried to adjust it when it got cold and then it went completely reverse after a couple of minutes. I would say that needs attention, but the rest was fantastic. I would likely stay here again.

Melissa is a wonderful hostess. She was very helpful and made the best breakfasts!! This is a great location to visit the grand mansions. The rooms are small but adequate. A little pricey. Great parking behind the Inn. You can walk to several restaurants for dinner.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Melissa was a gem and gave us some great recommendations for area restaurants. The biggest areas for me are cleanliness and a comfortable bed. We found the Inn to be very clean and comfortable. We will return!

My husband and I had a pleasant 3 day stay . Our hostess and inn keeper was Melissa. She was full of southern charm and hospitality. She was very helpful and very sweet. Our room was a little small, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had nice hot showers with good water pressure. There is also an air conditioner in the room. Melissa would make breakfast every morning. She even provided me with non dairy options. She was always thoughtful and accommodating to the needs of her guests. We met many nice people who came and went the time we were there. At times it felt very homey; people laughing, nice background music playing, happy atmosphere. The Inn is very close to downtown. And It's a quick walk around the corner to a Stop & Shop and a couple of good restaurants. The area is absolutley gorgeous. We highly recommend visiting Newport and a stay at the Admiral Weever Inn.
