Superb location for exploring the city, so much within walking distance! We enjoyed several nearby restaurants (Avalon, Tin Roof, Pizza Bar across the street) and did a little shopping. Walked to Red Wings game and a concert at the Fillmore. Entertainment in hotel bar Friday night was so good, we had such a great time!

Beautiful building, I love the courtyard lobby. Desmon at the front desk was excellent, hooked us up with a nice upgraded room and some free breakfast vouchers. Kim with management was very friendly and eager to be helpful. Kevin at the bar was great and makes some killer cocktails. This was an unexpected overnight stay due to flight issues. I’d stay here again.
