We stayed on the ocean side. All we had to do is walk downstairs and Atlantic was right there. Quite amazing. The rooms are clean. The swimming pool is great but they should insist that kids stay on the shallow end; there was no way to swim because kids kept jumping in on the deep end. The parking is right next to the place, which is super helpful. Overall, a nice place and a pleasant stay

Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The beach could have been cleaner (cigarette butts everywhere). We tried to get our room cleaned once but the staff was very busy. So we just got towels. Nice walk into town but can also get a ride in and back. Quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This is a very basic hotel. The main amenities are the pool and the private beach. However, we couldn’t go to the beach because it was the one beach in all Provincetown that had elevated bacteria. The main perk for us what the hotel is pet friendly.
