We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was quite bad! The blanket was yellow and stains on the bed. The whole hotel had a rancid smell of cigarettes wafting through the hallways. The only good thing I could say about my stay is that the man who checked us in was absolutely lovely!

Reception, receiving area could do a bit of being more clean & presentable. No elevator which is hard having heavy luggages. The room itself was spacious, comfortable beds, basic amenities for aparthotel are there. Free parking is a bonus! Carpet in room needs changing as a lot of dirty stains. The area itself was very convenient for dining & shopping options.

We stayed in 8th floor, its good location but it doesnt clean properly..alot of dust on the floor, furnitures and skirting board to much dust..the exhaust fan in the bathrooms has very thick dust seems never clean at all. The bed is comfy however not good for light sleeper like me cos its in the middle of bz road you can hear the cars too noisy.. they should put double glaze window or soudproof.

Don’t believe the pictures
The pictures look like modern stylish apartments. Instead, my room was a dirty, unloved box that is in desperate need of a makeover. You will be disappointed if you are expecting the picture and get a room like mine. The staff were exceptionally friendly and great communicators.
