My whole family liked this hotel
1. Excellent location! Within walking distance to many great tourist spots, the main train station, and several good restaurants. 2. We booked a room for four, and it provided almost everything we needed. It came with a well-equipped modern kitchen facilities in the room, a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, big windows, big toilet, hot water, and air conditioning, which was especially helpful since it was very cold in January. 3. A coffee machine with free coffee sachets was also provided. 4. On top of that, they stored my luggage for free until the evening, which was very convenient. 5. The property also has a lift, making it even more accessible. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Desagradable experiencia. Nos cobraron cargo extra por nuestra hija de 11 años y no nos dier9n cama ni toallas para ella. Nunca se preocuparon por solicionar el problema. Never stay here again
Absolute shambles. They overbooked for my first night and so made me stay in a horrible 2* hotel where I worried about my safety. I had to accept it given the alternative was sleeping on the streets. When I raised a refund, I was told that my booking was non refundable under any circumstances. This means there's nothing to stop them doing this on a frequent basis and making money by selling rooms at their price but actually providing rooms in a different hotel which is not anywhere near the same standard. Avoid this hotel. I was treated horribly by them.

We booked the apartment and it's very spacious. It has kitchen and utensils. Microwave and stove. Bathroom is spacious too. Bakery and restaurants below the building. Walkable to everywhere, very close the "bookstore" and the "McDonald". It got real noisy on Friday night because of the restaurants, till 2am. Wifi is not the best.
