No hot water in the shower was rough. Wish room had curtains so it wasn’t so bright. Door between rooms wasn’t sealed well so listened to dog next door bark consistently. They’re rooms we’re absolutely amazing and oh my gosh we loved Jennifer she’s the sweetest soul ever and her dog Annie is so adorable and sweet they were way more then accommodating they were over the best i absolutely loved staying with them and we will absolutely stay with them again!! My favorite place on the island such sweet and caring staff and family they are so special and amazing I’m so glad we got to have an extra amazing experience from this family’s resort they treat you like family and I love it absolutely loved our stay you must stay there if your looking for a good place to stay at and good price!!!

Staff was great! Super nice and helpful. The property was nice but we got absolutely no sleep. Very loud with neighbors slamming doors and blasting music at 3 am. Our room smelled. I did have to go buy air freshener. Shower curtain looked very bad on the bottom with lots of stains. From the pics I saw on Expedia it did not look like our room.

Staff were nice, the room was clean, the pool was nice, however, when we arrived, there was an extra $125 deposit charged on top of the full price of the room that was not mentioned when we reserved the room. Also, we saw a few roaches, one huge roach crawled onto our bed and woke us up while we were sleeping and when we notified the staff, they said they had a sign in the front office advising that there could be bugs due to their being a bird sanctuary located behind the property. The outlet plugs did not hold the plugs properly, the plugs kept slipping out. The housekeeping people were nice. But would I stay there again knowing what I know now, nope
