My room was clean and very comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants in the Bellevue area. Having free bottled water was a nice surprise too. Overall good stay. Id say that the parking lot was a bit crammed on 1st level so ended up parking on next level down which elevator would reach going up not down

They were very short on staff but the front desk clerk who checked us in after a long wait was very friendly. It took a very long time to get a microwave and all night we heard a vibration sound coming from above our room. Limited parking so I had to pay to park offsite in a parking garage and walk back. Just noticed the charge is almost one hundred dollars more on my credit card statement.

Went to Seattle for a couple's weekend. Booked this hotel because it was at a grwat price and was very nice looking. Loved it! Very good place to stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a nice hotel clean quiet. The parking is a little out-of-the-way but secure. At this time because of Covid there was no valet parking. Wow the hotel room was clean no room service was available at this time. The bummer was the bed it was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on not much you can do about that I guess because I forget new mattresses. I got an excellent deal using Hotels.com but the original price of this hotel would’ve sent me packing after the first night due to the uncomfortable bed.

Beautiful hotel, the room was very clean and updated. The views out of the window were stunning! Front desk was very nice and helpful. Be aware that you do have to pay a daily parking fee and a daily WiFi fee but overall very nice.
