Hotel Design Apart

Excellent location, in the town center (Altstadt), near the river. Many restaurants in immediate location and ferris wheel. Convenient to subway. (Can be a little noisy at night, but that goes with the territory) Great concept!

This was a disaster....TV didn't work, WiFi didn't work, no response to requests to repair. Small face towels instead of bath towels. Heating system terrible....boil or freeze. Curtains leave you exposed to view from adjacent buildings.

Location is excellent to all restaurants and the river. Apartment pictures are not representative of actual condition. No lift; rooms down dark, narrow and dirty hallway. Kitchen not well supplied. Very dissatisfied.

Stayed in the hotel for a night. The location is delightful and right by the oldtown though it comes w/ some level of noise (music, etc) till pretty late but I found that by using an ear plugs I could get a pretty good sleep :)

Difficult to find by car. Hotel is located right in the centre of aldstadt. There is no parking close by and nearest parking is very expensive. Very modern and clean. Reception staff friendly. Although our room was non smoking, as soon as you step out into the corridor there is a constant smell of cigarettes. Floorboards in the room were very noisy! Our room was next door to reception and we could hear everyone checking in and out but noise from nearby clubs and bars didn't bother us. Kitchenette and tea and coffee making facilities much appreciated. There is also a fridge. Many bars and restaurants close by.

The apartments were a great size, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the apartments are in a busy part of town and some people may complain of the noise it is the perfect location for getting around and we did not find the hustle and bustle a problem at all, if anything it was a bonus to be in such a central location. There is no lift is this concerns some people but the hotel only covers 3 floors, we were on the 2nd floor. The usual towels and soap etc are supplied but each room had a little kitchenette with a fridge so I would recommend taking or buying some supplies for a cup of tea/coffee and some snacks for breakfast. Would definitely book this place again for our next trip to Dusseldorf

The room was very noisy. The bars outside were open late and tons of people partying outside your window. Large room with many beds and great location downtown.

Stayed here for the Christmas Markets. Great location. Check in/out easy. Good size apartment with 4 beds. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Perfect location, close to everything. Very friendly and clean. Lots of stairs and we had the two twins which were somewhat small. Great value

Lovely apartment for the weekend. Clean towels everyday. It's on a street full of bars and restaurants and shops so you don't have to travel far. In the evening it can be a little noisy if your windows are open but it didn't stop us sleeping. Definitely recommend.
