Rooms were spacious enough , clean and comfortable. Hotel has a front desk that is well staffed , great for easy check-in and able to help with various questions that might arise. I prefer a 25/7 front desk over other hotels that are electronic only as well as luggage management. Easy access to main downtown street. Bus stop 2 minute walk. All for a reasonable price.

We needed a place for one night in Naha and the Naha West Inn was a good choice. The room was actually spacious. They had all the basic amenities and what was missing, you can get at the 7/11 across the road. There are a few simple things that could be improved, such as, coffee as well as tea in rooms, TV that has netflix etc, a shoe horn (I’m kind of obsessed with these). Overall, a good budget choice.
