Classic Inn

The Classic Inn was overall a nice experience. The manager was friendly and helpful, and he was available on his cellphone when we had questions even if he wasn't at the desk. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the kitchenette. Two points to note - 1) there was no stove top, only a microwave and sink; 2) the property doesn't have a pool which was too bad.

I am very dissatisfied. The front desk/owner of the hotel called me several times before I arrived to ask when I get there. The first time he called me I was in the car with the girl I arrived with. He didn't ask me if I can talk or not, he directly said I'm calling from the hotel classic in when are you arriving..... At 8 pm he called It was supposed to be a surprise... After that we arrived to the city, when I was in the restaurant after a 4-hour drive, before arriving to the hotel he called me again at 11 p.m asking when I am arriving... Again. I explained him I'm in a restaurant so he told he don't have a problem w And that they accept check in until 12 am, he doesn't care if I'm coming or not... Something like that. When we arrived to the hotel there was a cat inside the balcony, and a cockroach inside the room..... The pillow had hair on it without us even using it. I want my money back. This hotel shouldn't even exist, or in these times of Covid-19 the hotel should make extra effort to prevent these things.

Had trouble with wifi not working. Had to change rooms but it was still in and out. Saw other clients standing outside their doors on their iPhones. Can only assume they, too, could not get wifi in their rooms. Not a quiet place. Had to get up at 1:00 am to chase kids away from our doorway. Place is getting worn. Photos are of the interior/back of the vanity in the bathroom. Owner got upset when he saw one of our suitcases on a countertop/shelf. When I asked him where we should put it, he said ‘on the bed’ because there was no better place to put it.

The property was decent for the price. It isn't the cleanest, but the owner is friendly. It is also close to the main area of Eilat, and there's a good bakery nearby.

We ended up in a basement unit. The upper units prehaps are nicer. Our shower drain was slow and i ended up flooding our bathroom, based on the condition of the walls and door in the bathroom, i would think this problem was not new. The location is quiet and parking was easy.

very comfortable apartment. we had exactly what we needed, it was clean and nicely designed. there was no problem.

Everything was excellent, best location to stay in Eilat for this price!

staff manager very kind and avaiable, not cleaning the room. a front deskonly for check in then you have to call service. far away from beach and center city

hotel-flat a bit far from center. not a permant front desk! nice flat but without a kitchenette , just micro oven and kettle! lady cleaner went just once in 4 days. bathroom in bad conditions. positive note : flat were big enough with a balcony area and The young manager were very kind and avaiable.
