Turned up given wrong room from booking , next to noisy kitchen extractor fan and ice machine , no privacy due to over looking cafe area with people taking photos all day had to have curtains down all the time , old run down property could do with renovation, breakfast terrible no orange juice 1 day and no milk in coffee machine, run out of fresh bread and bananas , air on not cold in room and no subbed on beach on Wednesdays !! looks like their trying to get as much money off people as possible with least effort won’t visit again !!! An absolutely incredible property for the price. Location right on the beach, next to kite surfing and other activities. It needs some new paint in a few places, but the overall experience was as good as any of the pricier boutique hotels we stayed in. Silent mini-splits with good air conditioning. The beds were a bit hard for my taste, but I slept well anyway.

Great location, good friendly staff.
The location and the staff were excellent, right on the beach, which was clean, soft sand and safe as the beach had a very gentle slope. However, I was concerned as there was no safety zone marked out and people on jet skis could get to close for comfort. The hotel itself was a lot older than the photos suggest, but still great value for money. It was nice to have breakfast in the beachfront restaurant and plan the day. It was also nice to laze on the beach front restaurant bean bags with a cocktail as the sun set. We were in one of the rooms, the ‘bungalows’ looked more like garden sheets than actual bungalows and are in a hotel courtyard not on the beach, so I would recommend booking an actual room. The air conditioning worked well in our room.

We had an amazing start to our 4-night stay: the train we were traveling on was delayed, meaning we wouldn't be arriving in Hua Hin until 2am. We notified the hotel about our delay, and they kindly organised a taxi to pick us up from the station and ensured a quick & smooth check in. Phew - such a relief! The room, whilst slightly dated, was spacious and well appointed. A large, comfy bed, communal outdoor lounge (which we always seemed to have to ourselves) and 2 balconies (handy for drying wet swimwear) made our stay very relaxing. The property, which is absolute beach-front, also has a refreshing pool plus a dining area overlooking the sand and sea. Conveniently located down a quite side street, you have loads of shopping malls and eating options within strolling distance. Highly recommended and we hope to return one day.
