One of the cleanest and best customer service experiences we had at a Motel 6. Staff was fast checking in, rooms were clean, air conditioning worked. Only issue we had was water pressure was low, so water didn’t come out fast in shower, felt low. But other than that it was a good experience.

The gentleman at the counter was beyond accommodating and polite. He voluntarily upgraded us to a room with a microwave and a refrigerator. And that worked out beautiful for us because we had thought a lot of food with us. Thank you so much for that. Very kind gesture. We will definitely stay there again. Marina is a pretty place and very centrally located to everything in Monterey as well.

It is a Motel 6 so there isn’t much to say, the location is very accessible (there is a Wal-Mart, Denny’s and freeway entrances near by). The room we got had a broken window so the breeze was coming in, and the smell in the room was weird but we fixed it by running the AC. The staff was courteous and overall it was an ok stay for the price and convenience.
