Worst accommodation in 5 months of travelling Asia
Nothing like the pictures show. We book one of the nice new looking places and without mentioning anything to us, he gives us the worst room in accommodation history. We booked for 2 people, and it's a 1 bedroom room, but not just that, it honestly looked like it could all crumble in seconds. Seeing that room, which looked like it could be filled with rats, made us not even want to stay there even if he gave us the picture looking room, knowing how disgusting the owners kept it. Maybe because the corridors were also in that horrible state. We wanted an immediate cancellation, which he agreed to, but have never received anything for a cancellation. It's super hard to contact hotels.com with the coronavirus and we went 3 days in a row asking for money since it had already gone through and every time they declined, the first 2 days saying come back tomorrow, and the last day just told us we can't get our money in cash, even though they had our money through an online payment.
