Hotel Nikolai Residence, Berlín

Hotel muy céntrico, justo enfrente de la Alexanderplatz, y de todo el transporte público. Habitación amplia con baño privado muy amplio, limpieza perfecta, trato amable y zona tranquila, aunque está en pleno centro. Tiene restaurantes cerca a buen precio y varios supermercados y tiendas donde poder comprar, a parte de locales de comida rápida donde poder comer más barato si se quiere, para mi, repetiría sin dudar

La ubicación del hotel es excelente: situado a muy pocos metros de Alexanderplatz y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. La habitación y el baño son amplios y el ambiente es confortable. El personal del hotel es agradable y están dispuestos a ayudar. No sirven desayunos.

Nice service yet the facility can improve

Overall a great stay in a small well cared for hotel. Triple room was as pictured, with a half wall offering some privacy between the beds. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Amenities such as bathrobes, hair dryer, safe, etc were provided (and minibar for a fee). Only negative was the wifi was a little slow and sometimes cut out, but always worked in the lobby. Berlin is a very large spread out city so there is no one "best" location but this was a good location close to museum island and plenty of restaurants/cafe nearby. Hotel entrance is in the Nikolai plaza courtyard. Front desk staff was friendly and spoke English.

We stayed 2 nights and I must say it was a very lovely space. T Big room for European standards. Hair and washing products are bulk and probably could be better quality. Good and consistent wifi. The area is very tourist and central, plenty of eateries. Reception staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags as we arrived early. The only issue was a bit of noise due to some repairs nearby, but definitely not the hotel's fault. In all, we would stay again.
