This place is an absolute gem! Its perfect walking distance to the beach and main strip, but tucked away from the commotion of it all. The staff is extremely welcoming, and there's so many nice little touches everywhere. The grounds are stunningly beautiful. This is easily one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. My only regret is not staying longer!

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Location is remote, not close to the ocean or shopping. They do have a shuttle every 1-3 hours, but we decided to just get a Grab ride every time we went in or out for convenience. The breakfast is ok. Staff is nice and very attentive.

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

The back drop of the mountains is stunning. Lovely pool area and great outside space in our room. As friends we shared a two bed with a hammock and outdoor kitchenette. Literally the only bad thing I can think of this that the lighting in the bedrooms could have more ambience. Just different lightbulbs would make a massive! Obviously this is the tiniest issue. The free shuttle bus to the beach was really useful and unexpected. Highlight recommend.
