Best thing was the location and check in. Although spousedly recently updated the rooms were not maintained well- bathroom had patched drywall with white paste on floor as if never cleaned. I had sofa bed for kids but it doesn't come with blankets and room has a phone but doesn't work- so not easy to call front desk. At night only one person on duty at front desk who was busy on her phone and not interested in being helpful at all. She had pills laying out on counter and busy on phone and eating drinking fast food. Not very pleasant or professional. There has to be better places to stay.

The property is very conveniently located in the Old Market area of downtown Omaha. It is within walking distance to the Gene Leahy Mall and River walk area, as well as restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, and Saturday Farmer's Market. I felt our party of 3 had enough space in the room with the sitting area and a desk. There is also a small pool, which we didn't use. The workout room is fairly large. Breakfast is included with the stay, which was helpful. The hotel charges for parking, which I guess is fair considering the location.

Pretty clean hotel in the heart of downtown. You're close to pretty good restaurants within walking distance, old town is right there for you to take a stroll through. Rooms are pretty clean, fairly modern, and the multi-story parking underneath is great if you're traveling through or are visiting the city for work.

Stay was good. The property is older but they try to keep it in the best condition they can. Staff is friendly. Pool area was a little dark. Location was great, short walk to restaurants and the riverfront area. Parking is extra but worth it. Some people complained it's not secured but it was fine no issues whatsoever.
