It's a bit out of downtown Provincetown, but only 2 minutes. I had a lovely ocean facing, but not ocean front room. It was a large room with large sliding glass doors. What I wasn't expecting was a big kitchenette. Real oven, big refrigerator, 2 burner stove and all the supplies that go with it. Good Internet.

Quick, easy and friendly check in and it processes. Clean room, 2 pools and a couple courts for tennis, pickle ball and basketball. Has grills with utensils and has ebike and escooter section which is super helpful. Main building has ac, oceanfront does not. I do wish there was an elevator as I'm an overpacker, but that's on me!

Great room and loved the Murphy bed. The staff were so sweet and supportive, the views were lovely, and the kitchen was great. This was my 2nd time staying at the Sandcastle. I love the location, view, indoor pool and especially the balcony. My only problem was with the smoke from guests who are addicted to smoking and have to smoke outside. The smoke travels everywhere, along with pollen and other pollutants. I’m in my mid-70’s and it’s harder on my lungs than it was in my youth.
