Sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere
Needed a hotel close to TGH. I was pleased with the comfort and spacious room. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommended the onsite restaurant (Dan). Whether you are looking for simple (the Dan burger) or decadent (calamari), they are sure to delight your taste buds. They offer breakfast, but I had to be at the hospital before 7am. So, i went to their coffee shop located down the stairs from check-in. It was simple yet delicious.

My hotel check in was a smooth transition after traveling all day even tho it was a short stay at this location I was surprised that I had to wait til my next hotel in order to take a hot shower I called down and the front desk staff informed me we had to let the water run for over 15 minutes and she was going to send someone up but they never came and we did both . For the cost of my hotel room and parking, I wish we could have fixed the problem faster.

Beautiful hotel though they are still renovating it right now. Nice staff. The only complaint i have is for being a luxury hotel they should offer room service. Also, one of the elevators broke down when we were in it. They are the original elevators. I think they need to maybe work on them.
