We enjoyed our stay here. They offer a shuttle to and from the train station in the morning (0800-1100, I think) and again from 1400-1700. They have a strict no tattoo policy for the public onsen but do offer a private onsen that can be booked in 30 min increments for a fee. As mentioned by others they do not allow any changes to meals. This wasn't a problem for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Our room was spacious and clean. The location was very peaceful and serene.

Wonderful relaxing hotel with indoor and outdoor onsen. Service is absolutely amazing from all personnel. Set dinner was in the room and was served by incredibly wonderful staff member. They are very strict about serving a specific meal and do not accommodate any food allergies and preference. However , they did inform us what the food contains and we had an incredibly delicious and filling dinner! Breakfast was served in a dining room. It was a traditional Japanese breakfast (no coffee…) Highly recommend the place for the incredible service from everyone , the delicious food , nice rooms , nice onsen and views of my Fuji !
