Having previously stayed at the Hilton Singapore Orchard, I had hoped for a similar experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, my three-night stay did not meet those expectations.
I stayed in an Executive Room with a King Bed and Business Lounge Access, including breakfast. I had several issues during my stay. First, the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was not working. I'm unsure if it was empty or the pump was broken, but I had to use the shower gel to wash my hands. I informed the housekeeper the following morning, and she promptly replaced it.
Second, the hot water faucet in the sink leaked onto the counter when turned on, likely due to a faulty gasket. When I turned on the hot water to wash my hands, I had to watch my belongings on the counter to prevent them from getting wet due to a leak.
While the bed sheets were clean, the bed skirt was stained with numerous dirty spots. These were quite visible and frankly, rather unpleasant. The carpet also appeared unclean, discouraging me from walking barefoot.
The breakfast and lounge offerings were adequate but nothing exceptional.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful.
