Avaliação sobre minha permanência.
O Hotel dispoe de quartos espaçosos, está bem localizado de frente para o mar, porém se você precisa de comércios para comprar algumas coisas, você precisa andar muito, e ainda assim pode ser que não encontre o que precisa. Sobre o quarto, precisa de reforma, apesar de bem higienizado, é antigo, principalmente o banheiro. Tive problemas com o ar-condicionado, que depois de ficar ligado por algum tempo, o disjuntor caia e ele desligava. Tive que chamar a manutenção 2 vezes para retirar uma placa de mdf da parede com ferramenta para voltar a funcionar. Ou seja, a acomodação é boa, mas precisa de um carinho e de modernização. Café da manhã ok, porém não varia de um dia para o outro, sempre a mesma coisa nos 3 dias que estive lá.

Boa localização, serviço deixa um pouco a desejar
A estadia foi boa, no geral, os funcionários são amigáveis. No entanto, houve alguns fatos pontuais. Foram entregar por equívoco almofadas que não solicitamos no quarto, enquanto estávamos descansando (possivelmente solicitadas por outro quarto); então interrompeu nosso descanso. Outro dia, a camareira foi tomar satisfação com meu namorado pq haviam reclamado que o quarto não havia sido varrido (não fizemos reclamação alguma, novamente deve ter sido outro quarto). No entanto, é muito desagradável que o funcionário reclame com o hóspede sobre a reclamação que recebeu. Meu namorado se sentiu constrangido. Por sinal, a reclamação era pertinente, pq o quarto realmente não estava sendo varrido. Mas, repito, não tínhamos sequer tido tempo de reclamar. No final da hospedagem, existiam guias de consumo no frigobar referente a itens que não consumimos. A recepção não nos cobrou, pq eu avisei que não havíamos consumido. Mas tínhamos comprado alguns itens no BH e estávamos guardando no frigobar. Então essa fiscalização de consumo do quarto tem que respeitar as compras e armazenamento dos hóspedes. É invasiva e desagradável. Uma coisa positiva sobre o hotel e não divulgada é o anexo do espaço de lazer. Não tive muito tempo pra utilizar e não sabia que tinha, só me informaram quando cheguei. É uma área muito boa, com piscina aquecida, vale muito a pena. Então deveria constar do anúncio do hotel. Só consegui ir uma vez, mas gostei bastante.

I like the fact that the property was close to Airport and Shop area. Con is that the bathroom was a little dirty and the floors my daughter got cut with the glass on her feet . We did stay at this property a few months back and had no problem. Wish it was cleaning this time around

Location and staff were nice. Breakfast was wonderful as usual with most hotels in Brazil. Outside the hotel looks nice, but the room was the smallest I have ever stayed and the bathroom minuscule. It seems the room was never maintained since it was built with too many defects too mention. The air-condition system right beside the bed is very noisy, never saw one as noisy inside the room as this one before.
