Hyatt Ahmedabad

It lacks the Hyatt factor which you normally find in Hyatt. Check in staff is really slow.Restaurant staff except for Mr Inovi is too slow. Too many managers at Breakfast time only asking for reviews n all stand near dosa counter as it is only counter busy.Mr Anil from In room dining will tell you why you can't feed two cups of milk to your baby, what a waste of in room dinning. TG restaurant only access to well dressed. Carpets in corridors smell, room carpets are dirty.Towels are crying for change. Overall a total let down. Ask managers to do some work as only junior staff doing all work.Location is Great that's why people come to it.

Staff is not properly trained no briefing before check in and later they start giving reasons of the Rules and Regulations food was also ok not up to expectations of a 5 star, Car Parking don’t know where they park it was in pathetic condition...

Very centrally located. Prompt service. Cheerful rooms. All amenities available, with a shopping mall right across the street.

Dirty linen and terrible room cleanliness. In fact I felt my room was used by someone before I checked in , there were hair strands all over the bathroom and water was on the floor. Doesn't qualifies to be a Hyatt property. Please avoid

Great service,friendly staff, very helpful, and good location. At one point I left my brand new Apple pro phone near visiting area, and they keep in side, very very Honest people.great location.

Nice location next to Ahmedabad One Shopping Centre. Rooms were small and had some minor service issues.

Was not told that there was a building site outside my window and that I’d be woken up at 5.30 am by cement mixers

Stayed for one week during a business trip. The service is great, can't fault the staff. Perhaps sometimes even a bit too eager to serve. Hotel rooms nice and in good condition. I liked the pool and gym. Which somehow were always empty.
