Overall the hotel was good, only issue was, I emailed in advance to ask if they had a smoking area in the hotel for my partner. I was told there was so we booked with them. Upon arrival he was told there was none and he had to go out on to the street when ever he wanted a smoke. To some this would not be a problem, but if you are told in advance there was an area within the hotel then there should be. Nothing worse then entering a building and there are people outside it smoking (I am not a smoker) where you have to walk through them. Hotel should of been more honest and say they are a smoke free hotel and we would of booked somewhere else, simple.

Spent one night here before heading to Koh Samui... Wish we would have booked another night just to tour around more. Hotel is great, right next door to the night market and floating market if you have time. Book your onward tickets here they are cheaper than anywhere we found. The staff is amazing even made a custom card for us when we checked out. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great quick stop before continuing on to the koh Samui islands. Cute travel themed lobby. Staff was friendly and quick and they offered tickets to the islands and a pick up from the hotel. Location close to a 7/11 as well.

Abbiamo usato Surat come punto di appoggio per raggiungere l'isola di ko Phangan il giorno dopo. La migliore scelta che si può fare è il my Place. Pulizia e camera perfetto. Personale gentile. Ottima la mappa della città che ti danno alla reception. Utilissimo il bar accanto per fare le colazioni. (Chiuso la domenica) albergo consigliatissimo! Forse le biciclette sarebbe meglio che sia gratis tutto il giorno non solo 2 ore.
