Our room did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom so difficult to shower. Bathroom floor not quite as clean as it could have been. Staff and breakfast was excellent. Staff worked hard to fix a hotel,com glitch.

The hotel room was clean and the staff were very pleasant. There was an unpleasant odor in the room and in the hallways. The elevator was out of order overnight and into the next day. We were on the third floor, so that wasn't fun. The stairwells needed a good vacuum. There were dead bugs and mud all over the carpets. The TV was acting up and would shut down every 16 minutes until it was finally rebooted and that ended the problem.

None of the windows open whatsoever, so there is VERY little ventilation in the hotel in general and particularly in the room (313). The room itsself was so stuffy and musty smelling it was difficult to be in. Carpets felt damp and were tattered. No apparent fan or vent in the bathroom. When I asked about another room due to the smell, I was told they were "all pretty much like that", and it was suggested we prop the door open to allow more ventilation. Staff was friendly but not particularly helpful. Bed was confortable enough and sheets looked clean, just question the cleanliness of the headboard.

I would like to give especial thanks to the desk staff at this hotel. They were always cheerful and went out of their way toi help. For example, when asked if I could get a taxi to the airport, one kind lady immediately said that she would take me there in her own car. Many thanks.

Our stay at Quality Inn & Suites in July 2024 was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating with requests. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and there was a good variety of cable channels available for our entertainment. The breakfast was better than the continental breakfast at other hotels. This location was very convenient for us with good parking. If you are looking for an reasonably affordable place to stay, feel confident in staying atbthe Quality Inn of Minot.
