Lovely hotel, great staff and amazing food!
We loved our stay here - our initial worry that it was a little far from town and the slopes was unfounded, as the bus shuttle service that the hotel ran was prompt and could take us anywhere at any time. The food was exceptional and great value for money, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were good, if not a little basic.

A jump into the world of high society
It's a comparatively large hotel. The location is perfect - the picturesque mountains of Dolomite with their unbeatable peaks are mystic! It everything you receive right out of your window! It seams that the hotel is old, a little bit outworn. Lots of guests look very pretending but not arrogant. The prices are high, frankly speaking, rooms could be more spacious... The staff could be more friendly: we were not given with info about check-out time, place of breakfast and were followed by a receptionist to our room not by a lift, but with stairs... With our luggage in hands... don't know why, the elevator was in operation as it discovered later. Free WiFi in rooms was awful - greetings from 1990s. But in the reception area is was OK. The dinner consisted of a selection of truly delicious dishes. Breakfast was also nice with wide variety of everything you need in the morning. On our check-out the owner gifted us with two big cakes - of course, it was one more proof of their hospitality. Thank them!

La struttura si presenta in stile tirolese e ottimamente tenuta ,sempre ordinata pulita e una sala da pranzo con una vista mozzafiato sulle Dolomiti del Brenta.Il personale è ben preparato a fornire indicazioni su tutte le attività.Sempre disponibili un plauso particolare alla signora Lorenzetti che da perfetta padrona di casa ti coccola facendoti sentire come casa tua,e nel momento dei saluti ti omaggia di dolci fatti in casa per gustare i loro sapori lontani da questo scorcio di paradiso.Punti di forza della struttura sono sicuramente la pulizia,il servizio navetta attivo 24 su 24 ,la spa alla quale si accede in modo del tutto gratuito e la posizione inviabile. Magnifico soggiorno presso l'hotel Lorenzetti:personale attento discreto e premuroso. La proprietaria squisitamente gentile ed affettuosa che fa sentire ogni cliente speciale . Cucina eccellente.Panorama spettacolare sul Brenta. Un unico rammarico: che la vacanza si sia conclusa. Il punto di forza a mio parere sono i servizi in particolare quelli relativi alla spa. Ho notato molta cordialità ed efficienza del personale. L'hotel offre un servizio navetta H24 molto comodo ed efficiente. Come aspetto negativo o trovato un bagno non particolarmente curato e un po' datato.

Fantastica settimana bianca
Tutti gli anni facciamo la settimana bianca, abbiamo già visitato molte località, ma è la prima volta a Madonna di Campiglio. Devo dire che ci è piaciuto tutto moltissimo: la località, le piste, l'ospitalità e la bellezza delle montagne circostanti. L'hotel è ottimo sia per ubicazione, qualità della camera (bella grande con divano) e cibo superlativo. La signora dell'hotel sempre molto attenta e gentile con tutti gli ospiti. Inoltre abbiamo trovato molto comodo il pullmino dell'hotel che mettevano a disposizione, non abbiamo mai dovuto usare la nostra macchina per nessun spostamento.

Siamo stati ospiti durante il ponte dell'immacolata.L'Hotel si trova ad 1 km dal centro, fattibili con una passeggiata a piedi oppure con navetta messa a disposizione dall'albergo e disponibile SEMPRE (a qualsiasi ora del giorno),personale cordiale e disponibile,centro benessere grande e pulito,colazione a buffet abbondante e ristorante eccellente. L' unica criticita' rinvenuta e' l' acqua della piscina un po' freddina.
