Great night stay
I used the hotel for one night sleep before my flight early the next morning. The bed was perfect, the bathroom was clean and I slept great. Thank your the hospitality!

Airport shuttle was cancelled on day of trip
The location of this hotel is very good in terms of being close to airport. the hotel is clean and staff are pleasant. The only issue I had was that I booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle service and they discontinued their shuttle on the day of my trip. I was waiting for the shuttle for one hour at airport, finally I called them and I was told shuttle was cancelled and they had sent me an email on day of my trip. That's too late to inform a hotel guest that there is no transport available. I expected more from this hotel chain.

Under the door there is aprox 1cm distance from the ground so you can hear all noises from the hall and somebody from the hall can hear everything in the room. Breakfast was very poor just some jam and yogurt. Parking is underground with gate. Personal from reception is kindly.Bed was not confortable

I am very disappointed with my stay at Nash Airport Hotel in 26 Feb-27. I checked in about 7ish. I chose to stay in the Nash airport hotel as my flight in the early morning. I wish I have clear room to have a shower then sleep. I walk in the room. The toilet is not clear. Because the sop, the tower has been used and the bin is not empty form previous guest. I called the reception waiting for an hour and a half waiting for people to come to check and tidy up. Thus, I spent 7-9 pm waiting for a clear space to have rest. From this experience make me very disappointed and doesn't make my trip easier.
