Hotel Valentino

Hotel Valentino was a very nice hotel in Acqui Terme that makes it easy to visit the town's hot springs. It is an older hotel, but still elegant and clean. Overall I thought it was a very good value.

The Rooms were big and comfortable , nice staff and the price was ok

While the initial impression was positive the actual hotel was disappointing, the staff was not helpful. The room had no a/c or fan so the window had to be open which let the mosquitoes in..and then there were the spiders or, perhaps bedbugs. Although the room had a refrigerator it was not working either, none of them in the hotel were working-but did not find that out until we had purchased items to go inside- the staff did allow us to put it in the hotel one- the bed was ok, the breakfast was typical, parking was convenient. While we do plan to return to the area we will definitely not be returning here!

Personale alla reception cordiale ed attento. Addetti alla sala colazione veramente attivi. Peccato che causa COVID la zona spa fosse chiusa

Personale gentilissimo disponibile parcheggio privato al coperto e non posto molto tranquillo Direi un hotel top !!!

L’hotel e’datato e il refettorio delle suore dove andavo 50 anni fa era più allegro e moderno. Anche la camera e tutto il resto della struttura avrebbe bisogno di una svecchiata e di un’offerta più consona agli anni in cui siamo. Poteva soddisfare fino agli anni 70.
