Horrible hotel staff
We were promised wifi and air conditioning but had neither for two days of our 4 day stay. We tried contacting the staff numerous times but never got a response. Also when booking the hotel I chose the option to pay at hotel so that my friends and I could split the bill. I got to the hotel to find out that they had chargered my card already.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación. A mejorar sería que la administración estuviera conectada con el edificio. En mi caso, las cortinas estaban rotas y cortas, además de no tener un cobertor (si habían mantas) para la cama, lo afecta al ambiente. Appartement très rudimentaire
Remise de clé rapide et accueil très sympathique,mais malheureusement l appartement n était pas nettoyer il a fallu qu il nous change d appartement.Celui-à été nettoyé mais ampoule de salle de bain grillé donc pas de lumière,wifi ne fonctionne pas,pas de théière vraiment le strict minimum. Bien pour un séjour week-end seulement.

Toujours très bien
Appartement avec vue sur le Pont de la Trinité. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. C'est mon troisième séjour en 2015 à Valencia, toujours dans cet appartement et je suis toujours enchanté d'y retourner. Le séjour a été très tranquille sans bruit de voisinage. Le sèche-cheveux avait disparu (cela a été signalé à mon départ)mais la déco de l'appartement a été changée depuis mon dernier passage en mai dernier. Accueil toujours très chaleureux.

Parking wifi
1- Manque accès place de parking qui existe néanmoins dans l'immeuble - en moyenne on tourne 20 minutes dans le quartier pour se garer 2- Wifi était indiqué dans les prestations - pour ce qui nous concernait appartement 68 rue del Turia pas d'accès Wifi , alors que les appartements au N°66 en bénéficiaient

Appartement in het oude gedeelte van de stad
Voordat je het appartement in kan moet je eerst de sleutel hebben opgehaald in het Hotel. De grote vraag was...welk hotel? Helaas stond dit nergens aangegeven op de site. We hebben toen gebeld en gelukkig kwam iemand van de receptie ons toen helpen. Appartement zit op loop afstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, wel ligt het aan een drukke straat, dus vooral s`nachts nog veel herrie van verkeer. De metro is 15 min lopen maar er gaan vooral veel bussen in de stad. Het appartement zelf mag wel een opknapbeurtje gebruiken. De voegen in de badkamer waren al zwart van het gebruik en er lag een deken over de bank die de vlekken moest verdoezelen, maar er zaten volgens mij meer vlekken in deze deken dan in de bank zelf. De slaapkamer was goed en er waren genoeg kussens/dekens om je zelfs warm te houden.
