I love staying here when I visit my family. They have been in the midst of upgrading and renovating this location. They are to begin this fall. Currently there is a lot that is t great due to the impending renovations. I can have my dog with me. The staff is excellent. Always helpful. Always kind and will to have a chat. I love this place. I can't wait for the renovations to start.

I traveled with my husband, mom and 2 kids. We visited family in Harrisburg with plans to visit Hershey. This location was a great midpoint. All the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The room was clean. This is a small thing, but the ice machine had a fountain to fill water bottles, which was very convenient. The cafe next door was very good as well.

My room needed some attention.. the drapes were not completely hung and the actual drapes (not the sheers) did not reach across the window. The sink did not have a stopper, the lotion bottle was empty and the TV did not receive all the channels listed. There was also no hairdryer in the room which was listed as being provided. On the good side, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very good and the employees were very friendly.

The staff was very nice. The property is very worn and does not appear to be clean. The carpets are filthy, the floor and controls in the elevators were dirty. In our room the wallpaper had two long slices in it in two different area that were being held together with staples. The bathroom had mildew on the tub ledge where it met the tile and at the outside base where it met the wall. The paint and plaster were chipped off the walls as well. The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment.

The bathroom was not properly ventilated resulting in the bathroom ceiling peeling and bubbling and causing there to be condensation dripping down the walls after a shower. This also made the room feel sticky and humid. Our room key did not work consistently. Staff was helpful and prompt. My family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and loved making their own waffles.
