Ideally located for a short stay in Bern. Quiet and very comfortable with a good breakfast.

No air conditioning was a bit of an issue as we stayed here on an extremely hot summers night. We were also disappointed that in a hotel with lovely room views over the street, we were greeted by a brick wall at the back of the hotel. The hotel charges the same price for both views! We had requested a street view but this wasn’t granted.

Business travel

The hotel is old, which is part of its charm, and is clean and well maintained. There is no air conditioning, and unfortunately I was there in the middle of a heat wave, but I assume they don’t normally need air conditioning in Bern. I don’t hold this against the hotel as I’m sure most hotels there don’t have air conditioning. The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

Don't trust them, i recommend you go and book a real hotel but don't go with this company. They keep charging you for no reason and you end up with €200 per night.when you trying to book it comes up with $136 per night and parking is included but its not. They send you somewhere else to park and you have to pay for parking by yourself. Also you can't find their apartment at all because their direction is not clear.

This is a small (17 rooms) hotel located in the heart of the Old City. The room was comfortable, attractive and well kept; but no AC that I noticed (didn’t need it in April). The staff was helpful with all our needs; and unflaggingly cheerful.

Great location, clean, good service. Remember, there is no AC but they have good fans so it was not a big deal for us.

이 호텔은 베른 기차역에 도착해서 걸어서 20분 정도 걸렸어요. 큰성당 끼고 상점과 식당이 즐비한 내리막길로 쭉 내려오면 거의 끝부분에 식당과 함께 운영되고 있는 호텔입니다. 호텔과 식당 입구가 같이 있어 잘 보고 찾으시면 되요. 직원들 친절하고 방도 적당하게 넓고 좋았어요. 엘리베이터는 역시 작았고 호텔 투숙하면 저희는 2명이라 2명이 한번씩 탈 수 있는 트렘티켓을 무료로 줬는데 다시 기차역 갈때 오르막길 걸어가지 않고 트렘 이용하면 좋아요. 주변에 식당들은 워낙 많은데 스위스 물가가 후덜덜해요. ㅜㅠ 숙소는 전체적으로 만족스럽고 조식은 안 먹어서 어떤지는 모르겠네요. 스위스 베른역에 가신다면 추천드려요. 베른에서 루체른까지 기차로 1시간 정도 걸리는데 루채른 호텔비에 비하면 베른쪽 호텔도 충분히 좋은거 같네요.
