Lovely stay with a welcoming team
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and really flexible with my unavoidable late arrival. Bed was comfy and cozy, and shower was hot and powerful. Just what i needed! Well positioned for south side of the city with a 15 minute walk to Waterloo and another 15-20 mins and you're in Leicester Sq or Covent Garden! Nice touch with the complementary fruit and water

The staff at the hotel made our stay! They were all very friendly and so helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and tidy. There were thoughtful touches of fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from Waterloo, so very convenient. We didn't sleep well as there was quite a lot of noise from other hotel residents and outside the hotel, however we were only there one night so it didn't matter. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and in a relaxed setting. A great price for the location.

Pleasantly surprised. For the price this was a great stay in a decent enough location. Room was fairly basic but clean and adequate for our purposes. Bed relatively comfy, aircon/heating worked, nice to have fridge and tea/coffee facilities as well as water and fruit. Shower very small but clean and warm so did the job!
