I was forced to pay a $200 CASH deposit. I had to leave the motel and go to an ATM to get cash, nothing else was acceptable. I was forced to read the house rules TWICE in front of the clerk. I was told I could have NO VISITORS or I would forfeit my $200 cash deposit. I was treated like a vagrant, not like a customer. This "business" is not worthy of an Expedia listing. They are a disgrace to the industry and should not have the privilege of being in business. Upon checkout the following morning, I tried to discuss the palpable combative, uncomfortable almost prison-like feeling I could sense from the establishment with the person who checked me in, hoping they might come to their senses; however I was met with indifference and the same cocky, unforgiving, could give a crap less attitude that was thrown upon me the night before. It was apparent to me that his family must own the motel, as his grossly unnecessarily poor attitude has been able to fester and mutate to the ridiculous diseased state it is presently in, without being checked by a reasonable person from the real world. In retrospect, one can only arrive at the pitiful conclusion that this "person" suffers from severe over-compensation issues, as result of coming up so "short" in every other facet of his existence.
