The actual hotel is way nicer. The bathrooms are updated. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. Make sure you make a reservation for the hotel and not the "flat particular." Those are private apartments in the same building but they're not maintained by the hotel. I spent 2 bad nights in the flats and then moved to the actual hotel. It's quick walking distance to multiple shopping centers and restaurants.

The hotel has been renovated and is very well maintained. However, we had so many issues with the staff that made our experience extremely difficult. Not knowing that we were checking in, the valet rudely asked us to remove our car as we were not supposed to be parking in front of the hotel (which we were if removing luggage). On the second day, our room was stinking of damp/dirty floor cloth, the bathroom was not cleaned and the table where we had dinner not wiped. On the third day, they left the dirty plates in the bedroom. My nephew went to meet me in the hotel and we were waiting for my niece. They wanted to charge me a fee for him to wait in the lounge in my room (I was in a suite). On the fourth day, the toilet blocked. I called the maintenance at 11am asking for someone to come up as we couldn’t use the bathroom. We left the room at 1pm and nobody showed up. This was my favourite place in Brasilia. Not anymore.

The rooms need to be updated, the bathroom faucet was leaking water. They should mention o there website information about taking stepchildren abroad. Had a terrible experience with reception staff and the general hotel management that was no help at all. Also, no one in the hotel spoke English so it was hard to communicate. Also, the cleaning staff can just walk into your room without permission. I had this incident happen to me in the middle of the night. I will never ever stay in this hotel again…

O hotel é bem localizado, bonito e confortável. Café da manhã farto e variado. Fomos bem atendidas pela equipe. Quarto de bom tamanho, bastante limpo. Tv bem grande. Um diferencial nos banheiros: shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido do boticário. Toalhas grandes e macias. Pontos que deixaram a desejar: chuveiro com vazão meio irregular. Box de vidro com dificuldade para fechar. Na parte do chuveiro, existe uma banheira, mas por ser já velha não é convidativa, então só serviu como base para o banho de chuveiro. Pela altura da banheira e o problema no box, talvez uma pessoa idosa tenha dificuldade na hora do banho, então talvez seja melhor um quarto adaptado. No mais, excelente estadia. Voltarei, com certeza.

Preciso elogiar primeiramente a proatividade dos funcionários, pois fiquei em um quarto que não tinha tomadas além de uma única bem escondida entre as camas e o sinal do wi-fi não conectada, prontamente o Fabrício e o Thiago foram tentar resolver o meu problema com o sinal, e acharam melhor trocar de quarto, me colocando em um quarto que tinha tomadas e o wi-fi prestava. Já é a segunda vez que eu fico nesse hotel e sempre é uma experiência agradável, bem localizado, o café da manhã é excepcional, quartos confortáveis e equipe muito prestativa. Espero poder voltar novamente.

La habitación está cómoda y amplia. Solo en baño es un poco pequeño. No hay planchas así que si necesitas planchar tu ropa debes enviarla a lavandería, eso es un poco complejo pero lo vi en todos los hoteles de Brasil.
