Estancia familiar, la regadera es con cristales así que tomamos turnos para respetar privacidad, cuando llegamos preguntamos por toallas de alberca, nos indicaron que cuando hagamos uso, cuando subimos nos dijeron que en front desk las daban, así que bajamos y sólo tenían 2 disponibles. La tina de hidromasaje no estaba en funcionamiento.

One night no more.
The room was extremely dusty. And a number of the lights were burned out and had not been replaced. The fridge in the room didn't work at all. The loud music in the neighborhood is to be expected.Don't joke yourself. The friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the bed were by far the positives. The hotel is very secure and safe with the guard at the front entrance.

It’s a nice location if you want to be close to 5th ave. Rooftop pool is nice. Electrical problem with the air conditioner in our room. Fully understandable however all attempts to have someone look at it were ignored. I just stopped, staff wanted nothing to do with it Also, elevator was down, again understandable but there seemed to be no attempt to service it.

Prime location but service needs LOTS of improvement. We reserved a suite which did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. Room had no toilet paper. We had to WALK over to front desk THREE TIMES to make request in person. This hotel has lots of potential to become a 4 star hotel but front desk staff need to be replaced with someone much more hospitable and courteous! And overall service needs lots of improvement!
