I had the most terrible time at this hotel. It is true when one says “you get what you pay for” 1. We waited over 1/2hr to get checked in upon our arrival 2. I was not notified upon arrival that dishes were in the dishwasher. I felt like a fool when I called front desk to ask 3. Breakfast lady seemed rude and a bit racist. I had to order breakfast for my 2 yr old and she seemed a bit frustrated when I kept asking for milk. She seemed more interested in helping the person behind me. 4. I asked housekeeping to clean the room the next day. I needed cleaned towels. Came back to the hotel only to find out it was not cleaned at all! 5. I had to keep asking housekeeping to clean my room for the entire stay. (We stayed 5 nights) I have never stayed at a place where they disregard clients requests

Hotel seemed to have issues with front desk.... people were waiting 20 mins to check in without seeing anyone...also roaches in room along with ants

I liked how spacious the room was and how it included a kitchenette, though I never cooked during my stay. I was disappointed that the iron was disfunctional and poured water all over a shirt and the ironing board. I asked the front desk to bring me a new one and they said they would, but never did. After more than an hour wait I went down to the front desk with the iron and they gave me a new one with a sincere apology. Also, the channels on the tv didn't always work. Often you click on a channel and saw a blank screen. Last, when I went to use the pool I couldn't get in. I told the front desk and they said that it was strange and I should get access. I said yeah there was a lady in there just sitting on a chair not using anything. The front desk's response was, oh we don't show anyone in there, but due to covid restrictions, if another family is in there you can't use it. Pretty disappointing that it was being occupied but not used. I reported this to the staff person at the time of check out and she apologized to me as I was leaving.

Ac was making noise, changed the room m, TV was too dark. I called they send someone but couldn’t fix. I had to watch TV on dark screen.😌 Stayed 3 nights. Not too bad.

I had happy with my stay it was very cozy just minor issue was that the restroom door would not close and the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable
