It is an amazing location on the waterfont beach. North Playa, so not in the hustle n bustle of the heart of Playa. There is some distance, so taxis or a rental would help...plus the property is enormous. The pool is at the center of the property and is beautiful, as are the entire grounds. Beach access as well as chairs, loungers, and umbrellas are available. The powder soft white sand just there dances nicely off the turquoise, translucent water. The Apt was 1900 sq/ft, and is spaced well. Large rooms: 1 with 2 queens, 1 with a king. The master bath was nice, though smelled a bit upon arrival. The place looked mostly clean. Plenty of ammenties(AC, WiFi, 2 TVs). Outside back deck was NICE. Large marble patio that turns into a larye wooden deck and a "pool". It is literally for your feet/legs. Standing, the water came up to the top of my calf,(I'm 5'9"). The hammock was a really cool way to relax. There was a jetted tub, but it had residue and junk in it. So we weren't able to use it. The outside needs some touch up: paint(some on the ceiling was peeling off) and deep cleaning but overall was a really great way to undwind. So overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again, possibly in the future.
