Ubicación excelente: muy cerca de la línea 1 del metro y de la Hbf. Habitación espaciosa, precio razonable y amable personal. La alfombra en las habitaciones necesita renovarse.

We were only in Salzburg for 2 nights but we enjoyed our stay. Hotel had very comfortable and clean rooms, location was close enough to walk into town. Only thing we didn’t like was we had to turn our key in every time we left and pick it up when we got back. Anybody could have walked in and asked for our room # key and they would have no idea because the front desk employee changed shifts.

Located in a quiet neighborhood about a kilometer away from the railway station and the main tourist attractions. There is no room cooling unit so only cooling was provided by opening a window. Coffee/tea making facilities are not provided in the room. Lift is available. Clean and old fashioned European style hotel.

Great location! Easy to get anywhere old and new town!

Great location- centrally located in Salzburg near train station, numerous cafes, tours and Mirabelle Gardens. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful! Outstanding! Room was a little on small side and with no A/C but comfortable enough and located on a quiet street. Only time spent in room was sleeping as location was so perfectly located to all sights and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!

Unique, old property in a great downtown location.

We arrived and we're checked in by a lovely lady. She was very helpful and allowed us into our room several hours earlier then the stated check in as the room was ready. The hotel has a lovely interior and is very clean. Our room was quite small but being in Austria we only needed a place to sleep as we would be enjoying everything Salzburg has to offer and there is so much. Such a beautiful place. The wifi was great and simple to use. Our room was clean and well presented. The only down side in no air conditioning or cooling. Nor ally not and issue but we stayed during a heat wave and it was very hot. There was a street market on while we stayed that was directly outside the hotel doors. Talk about amazing food! The hotel is close to all the attractions you would like to see. Would recommend the Frau Maria bicycle tour which is in the Mirabellaplatz. Check out was a breeze and they had luggage storage. This is a great hotel with friendly staff
