Stayed lady’s room, room was very compact but fine if you just stay alone also room had foot massager and each day they provide beauty goodie bag containing lots of skin care samples which very interesting and helpful (especially warm eye mask and cooling compress for legs ) .

Easy accessible hotel
I like these chains as they have high standards for business hotels, this one is no exception. It is also nicely located in Naha, next to a monorail stop and close to tourist 'trap' street !
Note that there are two access on two streets. The GPS want to bring you to the back door which is the shorter route from the monorail station.

Great place except some points
Very comfortable check-ins, location, friendliness of the stuff - I think bathroom (toilet bowl, hand washing sink) can be cleaned better. Please review those the most important spots to be sanitarily cleaned. Thanks !

Not satisfied
The hotel did not provide bottle drink water. Hotel staff mentioned the toilet tap is suitable for drinking but still the idea of going into toilet to get tap water for drinking seems disgusting.
Secondly, the bed is not comfortable at all, very thin and the bedsheet seems rough. For the price i paid, i expect something better.
The wifi-connection is super duper slow!
The room is very squeezy! The breakfast spread is offer very little food. The only plus point about this hotel is it is within a short walking distance to the train station.

reasonable price with a comfortable tatami floor. staff members are very friendly and front desk definitely understand English. Smoking area on the first floor was a bit tiny and the door was not closing well (i guess it's broken), but overall, everything was good.

Good stay
Small business hotel. Typical small room as with most hotels in Japan. Room was very dusty when we checked in but it was cleaned the next day when we raised a feedback. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful though they were not very conversant in English. Parking with a daily charge was easy with the help of the attendant. Breakfast variety was very limited and almost the same throughout the duration of our stay. About 10 minutes walk to the nearest Yurail, Asahibashi station and 20 minutes walk to Kokusai-dori. There is a convenience store and drug store just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Nice hotel but pillow was too soft and flat
Nice hotel but pillow was too soft and flat. Encounter typhoon during stay and emergency alerts were all in Japanese. Hotel staff could have tried to inform guests about situation and the do’s and donts.not everyone understands Japanese and has ever encounter natural disasters.
