Beautiful building and room very near everything. Terraza and on site restaurant are big pluses. Restaurant has great views of the city and lake, and the coffee and food are excellent. I used the room for remote work for a few days and had zero issues with Wi-Fi, even for video conferencing.

Great location and room
The hotel is located right on the corner across from the basilica and plaza. The plaza is filled with great street food vendors. We stayed in the suite (room 16), which had a king-sized bed, siting area, wood fireplace, full bathroom downstairs, and loft accessible by a spiral staircase. The loft had a bathtub with large window with a great view. Be patient with the hot water. It will eventually go from warm to really hot! We never ran out of hot water, even when using the tub. There was also a couch and small office area in the loft. The staff was friendly and were able to help with advice, taxis, etc. We did eat in the restaurant. The food was decent. The star fruit salsa was amazing. The best part of the restaurant was the view! When we return to Pátzcuaro we will definitely stay at Hotel Posada La Basilica again!

Casi Todo muy bien, muy limpio, bonito, en buen estado. Sólo las almohadas estaban un poco planas y la pantalla muy chiquita y con muy poco canales disponibles. Fuera de eso todo muy bien. Muy amables en la recepción, en el estacionamiento.

Este Hotel tiene pésima actitud de servicio y se provecha de los errores para sacar ventaja. Son unos aprovechados ladrones. Tengan mucho cuidado se con las actitudes del personal de recepción, es un ladrón.

Honestamente me sentí totalmente timado por el hotel. Al escoger la habitación no reservé la mas barata sino la que estaba en la página de ustedes con tapanco y al llegar me dieron una de sus habitaciones más baratas y me dijeron que la que escogí en la página estaba ocupada y que no es lo que yo había pagado. Al día siguiente todo era un tendedero desde los balcones como vecindad y luego la habitación extremadamente ruidosa. Todo se oye lo que hablan los de habitaciones de cada lado, solamente separadas por una puerta de madera delgada y todo el ruido de la calle. Una auténtica mala experiencia y verdadero robo por parte del hotel, o fue de parte de la plataforma de Hotels??

La atención desde el inicio fue muy buena, las personas que hacen el aseo fueron muy amables cuando teniamos alguna duda. El mismo personal del hotel nos recomendaba lugares y fueron muy atentos. Para estacionar no tuvimos inconveniente. Totalmente recomendado y sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos ahí.

Una experiencia mala. Al llegar la recepcionista nada atenta, viendo su celular, se enoja porque mi esposa dijo que no le entendió instrucciones de dónde llevar el coche.
