This property is our favorite in Macau. As an expedia Elite guest, we got upgraded to a beautiful suite room, they have a wine and cake waiting for us as we entered the room. My wife was happy with the personalized Anniversary card. Was looking forward to the waterpark at the galaxy but was disappointed to learn that its under maintenance until March.

There's a Japanese tea set in the picture. I was expecting one in the room, and I be able to make some nice tea. But unfortunately, there's none in the room. The tea included in the room is not even that nice. And not coffee machine, only instant coffee.

It’s quite good, not only facilities but also staff attendance. For my son, Hotel celebrates his birthday. Giving us a bottle of wine for celebration. Also at the restaurant, Yamazato Japanese restaurant, Surprisingly they celebrated with birthday song and birthday desert.

Check in was challenging because they had conflicting records though it got sorted out. All the staff in the hotel were so nice and welcoming especially when we encounter Filipino members. The bed could be better but it's alright. Better coffee in the room hopefully.

I am writing to complain about the facility and staff during my stay. On 12/8 (3pm) The front desk (at G/f) told me that I was under superior group which cable to check in at 6/f. When I arrived there, I had been wait for more than 30mins without a proper seat to check in. When I got into my room, I realised the WiFi, plug and tv didn’t work. I called to front desk and asked for help. A worker came and explained he will find a IT worker to fix the WiFi in 10mins but failed. I called to front desk again and asked a manger to come so that I can explain the problem. She came in apology but explained that their staff always try everything before releasing the room to guest. It made me super upsad and felt that all the failures in the room was caused by me?!? Finally, I didn’t want to waste my time to stay in the room for fixing the issues, I went out for dinner and everything was fixed when I returned. However, There is no more explanation/ apologies about the failure. The most important thing is... all the issues happened at the hotel screwed up the 80th+ birthday celebration of my mother in law! I spent $1500+ per night at this hotel and totally didn’t worth it at all! Super disappointed.
